How Long Will My Case Take
The length of any case depends on a number of factors. If the parties cannot come to an agreement and the case must be taken to court, your process will take longer. If children or high assets are involved, the process is also more likely to take longer. For example, while the length of a divorce typically takes one year, the process will take longer if the spouses cannot agree on the terms, or if children or high assets are involved.
